So I think it was yesterday Obama says "The United States is never going to retreat from the world. We don't get terrorized" his policy people and speech writers need to co-ordinate a little better, they flip flop worse than politifake spammers.

And was Biden simply being a bigot when he said that Republicans want to put blacks back in chains?
fauxnews - April 28, 2014, 4:16 pm
Bundy was "simply" being racist. If Shaq said something this dumb and insensitive, then he's racist as well. You're better than that, Fox. Unless you also wonder if "[African-Americans] are better off as slaves, picking cotton."
foxrecon19d - April 28, 2014, 4:01 pm
Cliven Bundy simply repeated something Shaq has been saying for a long time, only with less tact and more historical reference
fauxnews - April 28, 2014, 3:47 pm
The only way these horrible remarks could've been taken "out of context"(lol) is if Bundy himself was rehearsing in a play and he was reciting the words of a racist character. That he was saying this about his own migrant workers only makes this worse.
fauxnews - April 28, 2014, 3:44 pm
Bundy continued,"And I’ve often wondered, are [African-Americans] better off as slaves, picking cotton and having a family life and doing things, or are they better off under government subsidy? They didn’t get no more freedom. They got less freedom."
fauxnews - April 28, 2014, 3:43 pm
I want to tell you one more thing I know about the Negro," Mr. Bundy recalled “They abort their young children, they put their young men in jail, because they never learned how to pick cotton. And I’ve often wondered, are they better off as slaves."
MashiMashi - April 28, 2014, 3:04 pm
I've heard the better off as lines line a dozen times, usually from violent miltant blacks (black panthers, 5-percenters, Moorish brotherhood, Naion of Islam) people like that who belive that any brother who doesn't want to "GET WHITEY!!" with them is a
MashiMashi - April 28, 2014, 3:01 pm
I believe CLive Bundy was talking about the Migrant Workers that work his ranch and and how even though it's hard work for low pay they have a sense of family and religion. Howeva using the word slavery we get a picture of how he feels about workers
fauxnews - April 28, 2014, 12:56 pm
Well said.
fauxnews - April 28, 2014, 12:55 pm
So Rand Paul is part of the"leftwing media"because he also condemned Bundy's remarks as racist. Bundy suggested "the Negro" was "better off as slaves." The only one spinning this or taking it out of context is the rightwing media, Teabaggers...and you.
Curlyrocks - April 28, 2014, 11:39 am
Bundy should have shut the f**k up about what he thinks of minorities. The discussion was regarding land management in the Nevada desert, not about how different groups of minorities live. I can't stand with him now even if it was out of context.
EmmaRoydes - April 28, 2014, 8:42 am
This whole thing is the left wing media doing what the right wing media did to Shirley Sherrod.
EmmaRoydes - April 28, 2014, 8:34 am
but, I don't think it was intended to be racist.
EmmaRoydes - April 28, 2014, 8:33 am
And what part of the speech, if you listened to or heard the speech, was racist? It may have been politically incorrect, but if you look at what he was trying to say, it's not racist. It's about government dependence. He's not a smart man to begin with.
foxrecon19d - April 27, 2014, 10:23 pm
Fascist... for allowing his cattle to "tresspass" on federal ground? I suppose then that the millions of illegal aliens that trespass on federal groung are also "fascists". Or would that be too much of a knee jerk reaction?
MashiMashi - April 27, 2014, 8:23 pm
Bundy and Charlie Delta are fascist, people aren't living the way i want them too they should be locked up and forced to live the way i want them too.
MashiMashi - April 27, 2014, 8:22 pm
Bull crap i saw the speech read the speech from conservative blogs, I saw the CONTEXT in wich he said it, and how he refuses to take it back, or apologise for it.
foxrecon19d - April 27, 2014, 5:45 pm
Whoa! Little knee jerkish, don't you think, trying to connect Cliven Bundy to slavery? Sort of like connecting Jessie Jackson to anti-semitism because he called New York Hymie Town
EmmaRoydes - April 27, 2014, 1:53 pm
In all fairness, the slavery quote was taken way out of context.

Snicker... I didn't know that Cliven Bundy was one of the Founding Father, that George Carlin was a history professor. The saving grace is, however, the creator of this poster quite properly labeled Mr. Bundy: PATRIOT

It's really going to depend on the issue and group so much that you should check each time to see if the moderate view is the true one.
Cyberhagen - December 12, 2015, 12:53 pm
Okay, Truth is "usually" somewhere in the middle, 99% of the time. Both sides are given to hyperbole and exaggeration. And moderation is a good place to be anyway. Ben Franklin thought so anyway.
calron - December 6, 2015, 2:33 am
"always somewhere in the middle" is a fallacy known as an Appeal to Moderation. It will sometimes be in the middle, but it will not always be.
Cyberhagen - December 5, 2015, 1:06 pm
True, though it was nothing like the thousands and thousands that Trump claimed. Maybe 20, 30, 40 at most. Truth is always somewhere in the middle.
Libertas - December 5, 2015, 9:27 am
silly rabbit, the truth is what the media tells you it is, dammit! Don't you know that yet?
